- Work directly with a partner.
- Deal with Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases, re- mortgages and re-finances, as well as buy to Let purchases and re-finances.
- Draft and File SDLT Returns.
- Draft reports on title, and reports on mortgage
- Draft lender standard documents
- Educated to degree level.
- Completed LPC or SQE 1.
- Minimum 2 years in a similar legal commercial property role.
- Ability to work with their own initiative as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Commercial Property Paralegal at a commercial law firm in the heart of central London.
