- Oversee the delivery of personal training, group exercise sessions and meaningful gym floor engagement.
- Implement a clear retention strategy and set performance targets.

- Manage accounts and supervise staff across multiple sites.
- Minimum Level 3 fitness qualification.
- Proven experience in managing teams within a fitness or leisure environment.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
