We ensure vulnerable children are appropriately supported; have a voice, that hopefully leads to their high achievement and excellent progress.The EES is made up of a diverse range of teams all working together to recognise, support and apply innovative solutions to address the growing issues in relation to trying to educate some of our most vulnerable pupils in schools.The Outdoor Education Service made up of experienced staff members provides high quality outdoor and residential experiences within the beautiful Snowdonia National Park.What is the job role?Casual (to cover staff absences and school holidays)You'll be providing nutritious meals for school and youth groups visiting Plas Dol-y-Moch, in line with catering policies and food safety standards. This includes preparing, cooking, and serving food, as well as accommodating special dietary needs.As a Casual Cook, you will:

Prepare and serve meals to a high standard
Receive, store, and handle food in line with Food Safety and COSHH regulations
Supervise kitchen staff and maintain hygiene, health, and safety procedures
Deliver meals tailored to children's dietary or medical requirements
