- Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person at the showroom
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is professional and positive
- Plan efficient driving routes for the team
- Manage the schedule for a large pool of drivers
- Drive vehicles to events, exhibitions, and shows
- Coordinate and schedule regular vehicle servicing and MOTs
- Order and manage car parts for the fleet
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the vehicle fleet and premises
- A valid UK driving licence (must be over 25 years of age for insurance purposes)
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- A confident, professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
- A willingness to undergo training for a Broadland Licence
- A genuine interest in or knowledge of vehicle mechanics
