- Looking after the employment process on French Market
- Providing an advice on French employment law practices
- Participating in planning and facilitating onboarding and other employee programs
- Partnering with different stakeholders and managers, advising on retention, performance management, salary review, employee engagement, training, diversity and inclusion, employee relations
- Looking after the compliance with local French employment laws
- Experience in supporting France based employees, understanding and applying specific French employment laws
- 1 year plus (at least) of experience as a HR Business Partner
- (ideally) you have a degree in HR Management or related field/educational experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent French and English speaker
