Major global brand in visual content creation and marketplace space is looking to hire a French speaking HR professional to join their HR BP Team.The roleThis position plays a pivotal role in providing business partner support for different teams and specific expertise for France market.If you are looking to join a market leader and energetic, positive, hardworking and inclusive work environment - this is the role for you.Your responsibilities
  • Looking after the employment process on French Market
  • Providing an advice on French employment law practices
  • Participating in planning and facilitating onboarding and other employee programs
  • Partnering with different stakeholders and managers, advising on retention, performance management, salary review, employee engagement, training, diversity and inclusion, employee relations
  • Looking after the compliance with local French employment laws
Your profile
  • Experience in supporting France based employees, understanding and applying specific French employment laws
  • 1 year plus (at least) of experience as a HR Business Partner
  • (ideally) you have a degree in HR Management or related field/educational experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent French and English speaker
