This is a great graduate role if you're eager to learn and want hands-on experience across the entire Glanua Group. You'll help share our story, promote our projects and expertise, support recruitment campaigns and boost our brand presence in Ireland and the UK.You'll be supported by our experienced Marketing team, work closely with colleagues from Business Development, HSQE, Sustainability and HR and collaborate with experts across the organisation. Content Creation - Assist in creating engaging posts for social media, case studies, blogs and internal communications.
Website Updates - Help maintain and improve our group website to showcase our expertise, people and projects.
Event Marketing & Management - Support the delivery of marketing materials and logistics for industry events and conferences, internal campaigns like Construction Safety Month and sustainability initiatives.
Marketing Materials - Help design and prepare brochures, presentations and visuals to showcase our wide range of products, capabilities and services.
Digital Marketing - Assist in managing Glanua's social media presence and email campaigns to engage clients, candidates and employees.
Internal Communications - Help develop and distribute newsletters, intranet updates and townhall updates to ensure all 600 employees are informed and engaged.
Customer Relationship Management - Work with the team to organise and update information in our CRM, helping us create well-targeted campaigns and learning how data powers great marketing strategy.
Assist with other marketing projects and activities as needed by the team.
What You'll Bring
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
Creativity and an interest in design, digital marketing and content creation.
Organisational skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks at once.
A positive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.
An interest in engineering, technology, or how things work, especially in the context of water and environmental solutions would be a bonus.
Driver's licence to support occasional travel.
Willingness to travel (up to 10%) within Ireland and the UK for events, site visits and team meetings.
