Fixed Term for 2025 / 2026 academic yearSalary: £30,202 - £41,769 pro rataHours Per Week: 17.5We are actively searching for a Lecturer - Automotive to join our Automotive team at our Twelve Quays Campus for 17.5 hours per week. We will offer a salary of up to £41,769 per year, pro rata, plus many added incentives including:

  • To carry out formal scheduled teaching.
  • To act as a personal tutor to groups of students.
  • To assist with the annual unit self-assessment exercise in order to monitor and evaluate performance.
  • To assist with securing quality improvement particularly around quality of assessment, verification and moderation activities.
About You
  • Hold degree, HNC or equivalent or have equivalent vocational experience in an Automotive discipline.
  • Teaching qualification and/or successful teaching experience.
  • Have an assessor’s award (D32/33 or A1) or be willing to attain within an agreed timeframe.
  • Level 2 or above literacy/English and Maths/numeracy qualifications.
