Morgan Hunt are recruiting 18th Edition Electricians for long term temp work in the Midlothian area. You will be working with a large social housing organisation and you should be capable of carrying out EICRs on domestic properties, having the relevant testing & inspection qualification.Key Responsibilities:
  • Upgrade electrical outlets and fixtures quickly and in compliance with safety standards
  • Perform kitchen and bathroom electrical upgrades
  • Install fire alarms in domestic properties
  • Conduct reactive electrical maintenance in homes across Edinburgh and Midlothian
  • Replace outdated wiring and upgrade household electrical systems
  • Carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) where required
  • Work as part of a reactive maintenance team when necessary
  • Ensure strict adherence to all safety standards and building regulations
  • Collaborate with other trades during renovations and construction projects
