- 2-3 years of experience in a creative role within a digital, brand experience or shopper-focused agency
- A solid understanding of both digital and physical brand engagement
- Strong design and conceptual skills, plus confidence working across multiple project types
- Experience working on FMCG or fast-moving consumer brands is a bonus
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator)
- A collaborative mindset with great communication and initiative
- Based within commuting distance of Maidenhead and available in-studio 3 days a week
- Full right to work in the UK
- Support the Creative Director in concepting, designing and delivering brand experiences
- Lead on creative execution across campaigns, working closely with other departments
- Keep internal teams and clients updated on progress
- Contribute to new business pitches with fresh, inspiring creative ideas
- Help drive the team's creative capabilities in the digital and experiential space
- Hybrid working - 3 days in Maidenhead, 2 from home
