Midweight Creative - Digital & Brand ExperienceUp to £36,000Hybrid - BerkshireTomorrow are working with a leading creative brand experience agency that's part of a global marketing group. Known for bringing brands to life through innovative campaigns, they create high-impact work across digital, experiential, and retail environments for some of the biggest names in FMCG, beauty, and lifestyle.They're now looking for a Midweight Creative to join their team, someone with a passion for shaping bold ideas into real-world experiences. You'll work across both digital and physical touchpoints, helping to bring campaigns to life through strong concepts, creative storytelling, and polished delivery.What they're looking for:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a creative role within a digital, brand experience or shopper-focused agency
  • A solid understanding of both digital and physical brand engagement
  • Strong design and conceptual skills, plus confidence working across multiple project types
  • Experience working on FMCG or fast-moving consumer brands is a bonus
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator)
  • A collaborative mindset with great communication and initiative
  • Based within commuting distance of Maidenhead and available in-studio 3 days a week
  • Full right to work in the UK
Key responsibilities:
  • Support the Creative Director in concepting, designing and delivering brand experiences
  • Lead on creative execution across campaigns, working closely with other departments
  • Keep internal teams and clients updated on progress
  • Contribute to new business pitches with fresh, inspiring creative ideas
  • Help drive the team's creative capabilities in the digital and experiential space
