We are lucky to have some of the best Culinary and Catering talent that the UK has to offer working within our teams.To be eligible for this role, due to the sector requirements: you must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years and have legal right to work in the UK and be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.What do we offer:This is a full-time position, £13.50 per hour, 37.5 hours per week (shift pattern, 5 days over 7 including rotational weekends). We also offer apprenticeship schemes, so that your learning journey can continue.A day in the life of a Chef:Cooking and preparing food ready for breakfast, lunch and dinner services ensuring minimal wastage.Working collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.Following recipe cards to prepare, cook and serve a range of meals.Assisting with deliveries and stock checks, have a willingness to support in other areas of the kitchen.Monitoring and recording temperatures of fridges, freezers, hot cabinets, and serveries. Completing daily paperwork to ensure due diligence throughout.Assisting in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans.You will be set up for success if you have:
  • Experience within a professional kitchen environment
  • Excellent team player and communicator.
  • A willingness to learn new production styles within the kitchen.
  • Security checks and DBS required for this role.
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt.
