
Environmental Consultant

- Support coordination and delivery of environmental work, including EIA, options appraisals, and environmental management
- Collate and synthesise information from multiple sources to produce clear, high-quality reports
- Manage own workload efficiently, delivering work to a high standard, on time, and within budget
- Assist in bid preparation and project management alongside senior colleagues
- Engage in ongoing professional development aligned with chosen professional institute
- Degree or Master's in an environmental or related scientific discipline
- Working toward chartership with a relevant professional body (e.g. IEMA, RTPI, CIWEM, etc.)
- Experience supporting EIA and consenting projects across any sector
- Good knowledge of the EIA process and coordination with technical specialists
- Strong report writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
- Adaptability, motivation, and a passion for delivering sustainable outcomes
- Willingness to travel or work from client offices, as required
