You should be familiar with court work, child protection, children in need, and children in care, and experienced in supervising and quality assuring a team of dedicated Social Workers. This role offers a balance of working from home and from the office, but you'll initially spend more time in the office to help build team cohesion and stability.What you will do:
  • Lead and manage a team of Social Workers, ensuring high-quality service delivery to children, young people, and families.
  • Oversee statutory duties, ensuring the team's adherence to legal responsibilities.
  • Supervise and support Social Workers, providing professional guidance and quality assurance.
  • Engage with complex cases, offering expert advice on safeguarding and court matters.
