You'll work closely with a dedicated class teacher and wider support team to deliver high-quality learning experiences. Your role will involve:
- Supporting child-led and play-based learning
- Leading small group sessions
- Providing pastoral care and promoting inclusion
- Encouraging curiosity and development across all areas
- Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Has a strong understanding of Early Years practice
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Is warm, caring, and able to build trusting relationships with young children
