While specialist training will be provided, proficiency in report writing is essential.Although a degree is not mandatory, academic study related to Building Services is advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate a willingness to further their qualifications in line with the organisation's Personal Development Plan.Intermediate/Senior EngineersIntermediate and senior engineers are required to manage a portfolio of client contracts, taking technical responsibility while maintaining client relationships. Although some site work will be necessary, the primary focus of these roles will be contract management and technical oversight.Candidates should have a solid academic record and, more importantly, substantial practical experience with HVAC and water distribution systems in buildings. While specialist training will be provided, strong report-writing skills are required.Chartered status is preferred; however, candidates with relevant qualifications and experience working towards professional accreditation will be considered.
