As a Creator Data & Strategy Analyst, you will help shape how TikTok creators grow and monetise through the TikTok Shop platform. In this role, you'll turn data into actionable strategies, track performance across regions, and contribute to the growth of one of the most dynamic spaces in commerce today.This opportunity is ideal for an early-career talent with sharp analytical skills, strong business curiosity, and a passion for creators and digital trends.Responsibilities
- Dive deep into creator performance and affiliate commerce data to identify growth drivers, performance bottlenecks, and ecosystem trends
- Design and iterate on smart metrics that track creator engagement, monetization success, and program effectiveness
- Collaborate with strategy, ops, and product teams across countries to investigate business challenges, propose data-backed hypotheses to shape regional initiatives.
- Conduct market and competitor intelligence to uncover white space opportunities and inform creator acquisition and retention strategies.
- Transform raw data and local insights into compelling strategic recommendations through visual reports, dashboards, and presentations for decision-makers.Qualifications:Minimum qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Basic proficiency with data tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Python) and a strong analytical mindset.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented, problem-solving approach.Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion for data-driven decision-making and familiarity with e-commerce or digital platforms.
- Internship or project experience involving performance analysis, market research, or strategic planning.
- Understanding of the TikTok creator ecosystem, influencer marketing, or affiliate sales models.
- Self-starter mindset - comfortable handling ambiguity and generating ideas independently.
