- Develop strategies to grow the buyside client segment across the EMEA region.
- Build and nurture relationships with asset managers corporates, SWF’s Central Banks and proprietary trading firms.
- Partner with internal teams to design bespoke liquidity solutions for buyside clients.
- Stay abreast of regulatory and industry developments affecting buyside participants.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the buyside sales team.
- Strong background in sales, with proven success in the buyside segment
- In-depth understanding of electronic trading and liquidity management.
- Demonstrable ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Strong client engagement and communication skills.
- Increased buyside market share in the EMEA region.
- Delivery of client-centric solutions leading to strong retention and satisfaction.
- Growth in revenue attributed to buyside partnerships.
