Graduate Teaching Assistant: Who We’re Looking ForTo succeed in this Graduate Teaching Assistant role, you must have:
  • A 2:1 or higher degree in any subject (English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Social Sciences, etc) from a Russell Group or top-30 University
  • Strong academic background at GCSE and A-Level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, proactive attitude and genuine passion for working with young people
  • Considering a career in teaching or education
  • Previous school-based experience is desirable but not essential
