Imagine being part of a team that's driving innovation and creating a sustainable future, all while building your expertise and making a real impact.What You Will Do:- Implement and adapt corporate SHEQ policies and procedures to meet UK regulatory requirements and local operational needs.- Develop and maintain risk assessments and safe systems of work, ensuring compliance for both on-site and off-site activities.- Act as a trusted adviser and coach to the site team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in SHEQ performance.- Coordinate and monitor contractor activities, ensuring safe execution of work both on-site and off-site.- Maintain and update the site emergency plan, organising exercises and follow-up actions to ensure readiness.- Organise and deliver engaging training sessions, toolbox talks, and awareness programmes, keeping training records up to date.What You Will Bring:- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a SHEQ-related field, with at least three years of relevant experience.- A recognised qualification such as a NEBOSH Certificate in health, safety, or environment.- Proven experience in implementing and maintaining SHEQ procedures in alignment with UK legislation.- Familiarity with engineering safety, including high-pressure systems, technical drawings, and flow diagrams.- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to inspire a positive safety culture through coaching and collaboration.This role is instrumental in driving the company's commitment to innovation and sustainability.
