Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the luxury beauty, cosmetics and premium market sectors.
Develop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach, networking, and attending relevant industry events.
Account Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients
Understand client needs and collaborate with internal design, production, and technical teams to deliver innovative, tailored packaging solutions.
Sales Strategy
Contribute to and execute regional/global sales strategy aligned with company goals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify new commercial opportunities.
Project Coordination
Work with the Project Management team to oversee the lifecycle of client projects from pitch to production, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Act as the key liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and execution.
Reporting & KPIs
Deliver regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven track record in luxury packaging sales or related industries (e.g., print, design, premium FMCG, or branded goods).
Strong knowledge of the beauty, cosmetics, and/or premium market sectors and their brand/packaging expectations.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work autonomously with a proactive, results-driven approach.
A network of existing contacts within relevant industries is a strong advantage.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel nationally.
