Residents live in their own homes and receive care tailored to their individual needs - whether it's a helping hand each day or more regular assistance. The service is close to local amenities and offers a warm, community feel.What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the day-to-day running of care services with a focus on quality and compassion
- Working closely with families, professionals, and residents to create personalised care plans
- Supporting and developing staff, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time
- Making sure everything meets regulatory standards and reflects best practice
- Taking part in the on-call rota and stepping in when emergency cover is needed
- Experience in a supervisory or management role within care services
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 5)
- Confident IT skills and a proactive approach to using digital systems
- A genuine commitment to person-centred care and empowering others
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
