Salary: £37,500 – £40,000Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic Flexible Support Technician (FST) to provide onsite AV/VC support across a range of corporate and professional environments. This role involves both scheduled and ad-hoc site visits to support user needs, events, and system troubleshooting.Key Responsibilities:

Provide onsite AV support for meetings and live events
Conduct room checks and preventative maintenance
Diagnose and resolve AV system issues (Crestron, Cisco, Teams, Zoom, etc.)
Collaborate with service teams, escalate complex issues, and track all service activity
Assist with field service work when not assigned to a specific site
Maintain toolkit, inventory, and certifications

What You’ll Need:

3+ years in AV/VC support, field service, or installation (junior applicants welcome under mentorship)
Strong troubleshooting skills across AV, control systems, and basic networking
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Valid UK driver’s license and passport
AVIXA CTS (preferred or willingness to obtain-training provided)

Travel reimbursement
Training & certification support
Work with leading AV/VC tech in dynamic environments
