We design with passion, work with purpose, and grow together—because now, Muraspec truly belongs to all of us.As the Compliance Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the implementation and enhancement of the compliance framework within Muraspec. You will ensure Muraspec is compliant with legislation as well as internal and external policies.Please note- this role is based at the Production Site in East Peckham, Kent. There will be regular travel to our Head Office in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.Are you the right person for the job?
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a compliance/operations-based role
  • Relevant regulatory experience (BSI, ISO standards)
  • Experience in a manufacturing business is preferable
  • Must have experience in auditing
  • A qualification in Quality, H&S or Environment would be an advantage
What will your role look like?
  • Take ownership of Muraspec’s compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and BSI standards
  • Ensure compliance with various fire and other test houses for Muraspec-manufactured products
  • Provide advice and take responsibility for compliance matters to ensure standards are met
  • Lead and contribute to the Compliance Strategy team
  • Conduct internal audits
  • Manage external audits
  • Collaborate closely with all departments to monitor the enforcement of compliance regulations
  • Oversee day-to-day management of the compliance system
  • Review regulatory changes post-implementation
  • Advise management on implementing compliance programs
  • Prepare and deliver compliance reports
