Digital Print Machine Operative£29,000 - £31,000 DOEMid Kent – (due to the location of the company we can only accept applicant that Drive )Permanent – Monday to Friday Day shifts!Attention Print Operatives!Are you a skilled and about the Print Industry? We have an amazing opportunity for you to showcase your talents!Main Duties will include:
  • Reading and interpreting daily and weekly job files and ensuring items are produced on time and ready for delivery/ installation
  • Setting the machines in accordance to the job files
  • Assisting in daily, weekly and monthly maintenance and servicing of the machines and equipment
  • Ensuring top quality products are produced and highlighting any defects with management.
  • Assisting with troubleshooting and identifying any issues, raising to management
  • Changing and tracking stock levels of consumables
  • Ensuring Health and Safety guidelines are met assuring a safe working environment.
To be a successful candidate for this role, you should have:
  • Previous experience operating digital printing machines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality
  • Ability to interpret job orders, set up print machines, and perform maintenance tasks
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills (ability to self-manage workflow)
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible, reliable and willing to work as a team during busy peak periods
