- Manage triaging of new referrals and support waiting list management initiatives to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Conduct detailed assessments and accurate diagnoses to create tailored therapeutic interventions for each patient.
- Offer comprehensive guidance to patients and their families, supporting them through their rehabilitation journey.Requirements:- HCPC registration is essential.
- At least 2 years of experience in speech and language therapy, specifically related to adults and community stroke services.
