- Lead the delivery of the school's SEND policy and inclusive practices
- Provide guidance on the graduated approach to SEN and tailored interventions
- Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and external agencies
- Monitor and review the effectiveness of SEND provision
- Contribute to whole-school development as part of the Leadership Team
- UK QTS (or equivalent)
- Proven experience supporting pupils with SEND, especially autism and complex needs
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- A collaborative, solution-focused mindset
- A strong commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.
