Business Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Cloud)We’re supporting an organisation undergoing a major CRM transformation, scaling up the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 as part of a strategic programme.Key Responsibilities:Support the deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM across multiple business functionsGather and translate business requirements into clear technical and functional documentationPartner with delivery teams and third-party vendors to ensure effective CRM configuration and data integrationFacilitate workshops and engage users and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleMap current and future-state business processes, identifying data and system dependenciesContribute to planning, testing, and realisation of business benefitsWork collaboratively with project managers, developers, and cross-functional teamsRequired Experience:Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations (preferably cloud-based)Experience working within regulated or structured environments such as housing or similar sectorsStrong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with both technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to operate effectively in dynamic project environments with shifting prioritiesComfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving scopesProven experience working with external vendors and supporting system integration
