As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of large-scale industrial projects, ensuring successful execution from inception through to completion. You will manage project teams, liaise closely with clients and stakeholders, and oversee all aspects of project delivery including budget, schedule, quality, and risk. The role demands hands-on leadership to drive efficiency and high standards in complex industrial environments.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage industrial construction projects, maintaining focus on delivering on time, within budget, and to quality standardsDevelop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contactCoordinate multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, contractors, and suppliersMonitor project progress and proactively resolve issues or delaysManage project risks, compliance, and health & safety requirementsPrepare and present regular project reports and updates to senior stakeholdersEnsure all documentation and contractual obligations are met throughout the project lifecycleRequirements:Proven experience delivering industrial construction projectsExperience working with JCT and NEC contractsStrong understanding of industrial construction processes, logistics, and compliance requirementsDemonstrable success managing complex projects with multi-stakeholder environmentsExcellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsProficiency in project management software and toolsAbility to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectivelyRelevant construction or project management qualifications (e.g., RICS, PMP, or equivalent) preferredWillingness to travel to project sites as requiredIf you or someone in your network is interested, please get in touch:
