- Lead the planning and delivery of brand content across Topshop.com, social media, and in-store, ensuring every piece reflects the distinct identity of TOPSHOP/TOPMAN.
- Manage budgets effectively, aligning spend to activity that drives key brand and performance KPIs.
- Monitor content performance and scale solutions that elevate engagement and exceed expectations.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies, championing innovation and testing across channels.
- Shape and evolve the editorial tone of voice in partnership with the wider customer and marketing team.
- Proven ability to create innovative content that drives engagement across digital and social platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Experience with content performance analysis and optimisation.
- Skilled in social media management tools and video editing software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across marketing, design, product, and trading teams.
