You will support sourcing activities across travel, fleet, and IT categories, manage supplier relationships, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives to ensure cost-effective and compliant procurement of services and technology.If you want a multi-dimensional 3D career in a leading healthcare organisation, join us.RequirementsObjectives and Responsibilities
  • Achieve cost savings and value creation across IT, travel, and fleet categories.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Build strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure performance and innovation.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies, legal requirements, and risk controls.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand needs and deliver solutions.
Complexity and AccountabilityA Category Buyer for IT, Travel, and Fleet manages complex procurement activities across diverse categories, requiring strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cross-functional collaboration. They are accountable for optimizing spend, ensuring compliance, and delivering value through contract negotiation, performance tracking, and stakeholder engagement. The role demands balancing global strategies with local execution while integrating sustainability and risk management into procurement decisions.Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, CPM) are a plus.Experience:Procurement or category management experience.Specific experience in IT, travel, or fleet procurement is highly desirable.Exposure to multinational environments and cross-functional teams.BenefitsOur benefits may vary per location.
