  • Manage the Aids and Adaptations waiting list, ensuring timely assessments and interventions
  • Collaborate with the Repairs Maintenance and Investment Team to identify and implement necessary adaptations
  • Conduct home visits to evaluate individuals’ needs and provide appropriate Occupational Therapy interventions
  • Maintain up-to-date records and documentation according to Adult Social Care standards
  • Work closely with clients and their families, offering guidance and support to enhance daily living activities
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) standards of proficiency and conduct
