What do you think is the key to sparking a love of learning in students and do you incorporate the same passion in the education?We are looking for versatile, resilient and committed Teaching Assistant, who can adapt their practice wherever necessary to support across all key stages. The successful candidate will work alongside the class teacher, assisting the children with their work and supporting with pupil behaviour while establishing good relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and responding to individual needs.About the schoolThis school is dedicated to the development of learning for every child to thrive, their exceptional, inspiring and relevant curriculum encourages independent learning skills which prepare the children for life and unlocks potential in all learners. This is a local school near Crowle were looking for someone that is flexible in terms of days this school is looking for someone part time.Requirements:The desired Primary Teaching Assistant will:
  • Have recent experience supporting children aged 5-11
  • Have a good understanding of how children learn and develop
  • Have previous experience of working with children or young people; ideally within a school, nursery, childcare, youth work, play or care setting within the last 2 years and we must be able to obtain valid references from these roles
  • A passion for education
