Are you seeking to join a thriving, regional law firm—highly respected and recognised in the Legal 500 and Chambers?About the Role:Our highly reputable legal 500 law firm is on the lookout for a dedicated Employment Solicitor (1-2 years PQE) providing expert advice to both employers and employees on a range of employment issues to include managing Employment Tribunal claims and handling TUPE, redundancy and workplace disputes along with drafting and negotiating settlement agreements, employment contracts and staff handbooks.About You:To be considered for this Employment Solicitor role you must have at between 1-2 years PQE in employment law along with strong experience in handling employment tribunal claims and complex cases. You must have excellent communication , negotiation and client management skills and a proactive approach to business development.What’s in It for You?
