- Designing and developing custom D365 CE solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform
- Working closely with functional consultants and clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Integrating D365 CE with other systems and services (Azure, APIs, etc.)
- Participating in full project lifecycles - from scoping and design to deployment and support
- Proven experience developing within Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
- Strong skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure services is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- UK-based and eligible to work without sponsorship
