- Drafting and preparing Wills, applications for Grant of Probate/Representation and Powers of Attorney using online applications with OPG, HMCTS and HMLR
- Managing client communication, both in-person and remotely, maintaining high standards of service
- Undertaking fee-earning work with supervision, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation
- Managing your own caseload, diary and administrative duties
- The firm are seeking an experienced and proactive Private Client Solicitor, confident in preparing legal documents and delivering top-tier client service
- Experience in a Wills, Probate, or Private Client role is essential, along with compliance with LEXCEL accreditation
- A commitment to pursuing further qualifications such as STEP certification is a plus
