- Leading customer acquisition strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic and Affiliates
- Optimising media spend across channels with a seven-figure annual budget
- Working closely with external agencies (Paid Media, SEO, Affiliates) and internal developers
- Driving improvements across ad performance, organic ranking, and website conversion
- Partnering with data and insights teams to understand performance and present actionable plans
- 2–3 years of experience in performance/growth marketing (agency or startup side preferred)
- Hands-on with Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, and SEO fundamentals
- Strong commercial mindset, you know how to turn spend into revenue
- Comfortable building reports, analysing performance, and presenting to senior leadership
- A curious, test-and-learn mindset - someone who digs into data and isn’t afraid to try new things
