Job Title: Deputy Manager
Location: Briercliffe
Salary: £16 to £18 per hour
Working Hours: 14-hour shifts (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM)
Number of Sleeps Required: None
Service: Children's Home
Service Users: Young People aged up to 17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and mild Learning Difficulties (LD)
Qualifications Required: Relevant qualifications in childcare or support work are desirable
Experience Required: Experience in residential childcare or support work is preferred

We’re seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people. The ideal candidate will bring experience in residential childcare, a sound understanding of EBD, and a collaborative approach to team working. You must be flexible and able to commit to a minimum of 10 shifts per month, with opportunities to take on additional shifts.Who You’ll Be Working For
