- Reconcile supplier statements and review aged creditors
- Set up and maintain supplier account records
- Process payments via BACS, SEPA, and foreign currency
- Handle queries, intercompany reconciliations, and staff expenses
- Previous experience in a similar purchase ledger or finance role
- Confident working as part of a team
- Professional and polite telephone manner
- Experience handling foreign currencies
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Basic Excel proficiency
