
Speech and Language Therapist

- Oversee the delivery of speech and language therapy across the school.
- Carry out assessments for both current and prospective pupils.
- Design and implement individual and group therapy programmes.
- Work closely with the Assistant Headteacher and SENDCo to ensure EHCP provision is in place and outcomes are achieved.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including teachers, support staff, and therapy assistants.
- A recognised degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
- Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience working with children, ideally in special education or similar settings.
- Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
