Reporting Group:RMGRMGOne of the UK's largest Property Management companies, Residential Management Group are currently recruiting for a Credit controller to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to develop their career within a well-established organisation.Where will I be working?This is a full-time office based role working at our offices in Hoddesdon (EN11 0DR)Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Debt Recovery Team Leader in delivering efficient services to Back Office and Property Managers.
  • Manage relationships with Property Managers and schedule quarterly review meetings.
  • Analyse and resolve operational issues to minimise business impact.
  • Produce reports to identify trends, potential problems, and opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining procedures and systems to support operational delivery.
  • Resolve customer queries escalated from Property Managers and external debt collection solicitors.
  • Provide support to other teams and managers as required.
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in Credit Control or Debt Recovery is highly advantageous.
  • Comfortable working to SLAs and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confident problem solver with strong analytical skills.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Excel to an intermediate/advanced level.
  • Flexible and resilient, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
