What We Are Looking For:**
The Warehouse Operative helps with goods coming in and going out, bike cleaning, and keeping track of inventory. They follow processes to keep things running smoothly and to a high standard.They work with the Logistics Lead and other teams to make sure everything is accurate, on time, and supports member satisfaction.Tasks
  • Goods in Receive, unpack, arrange, and store goods
  • Goods out Gather, pack, prepare and load goods for dispatch.
  • Bike preparation Ensure bikes are clean and prepped for our mechanics.
  • Inventory Stock control and counts for audits.
  • Health and safety Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation.
What success looks like in this role
  • Ensuring bikes are prepared, cleaned and delivered to members with minimal defects.
  • Completing all checks and tasks within the agreed timeframes.
  • Helping to dispatch as many orders as possible on time.
  • Accurately recording any issues or faults during your work.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in warehouse or sorting work is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • Upbeat and self-motivated.
  • A brilliant team player.
