
Customer Services Administrator - Preston

- You’ll be the first point of contact for both internal and external customers, handling around 50 calls a day alongside email enquiries.
- You’ll manage the end-to-end order process, from sales order entry and stock allocation to resolving issues and updating customers on delivery times.
- You’ll also coordinate sampling orders, process web sales, arrange returns, and work closely with their sales, quality control, warehouse, and purchasing teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- You’ll contribute positively to team discussions and shared decision-making, ensuring clear and timely communication that keeps the customer at the heart of every decision.
- Acting as an ambassador for the organisation, you’ll maintain effective internal and external relationships and produce clear, consistent written documentation when required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written & verbal)
- Highly organised, and a self-starter who is confident and enthusiastic.
- They are looking for someone who can naturally develop relationships with clients and colleagues, has the ability to work on their own initiative and to record information in a concise, accurate and legible manner, who is a positive, energetic team player.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential and experience in the textiles industry is a plus.
