- Proven experience in month-end close processes and financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of shared service centre (SSC) and Record to Report (R2R) processes.
- Experience leading or contributing to process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder requirements.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.
