- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside social workers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic support.
- Accurate Record-Keeping: Maintain clear, professional reports in line with regulatory and compliance standards.

- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience supporting children and young people with complex needs.
- Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle is ideal but not necessary
- Clearances: An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain) & Social Care Wales registration (or equivalent).
- Desirable: Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred but not essential).
