Advanced Practitioner | Safeguarding & Care Planning | 3 Days in OfficeOldham Council is recruiting a confident and experienced Advanced Practitioner to join their Safeguarding and Care Planning Team. This is a crucial leadership role supporting the team with complex casework, reflective supervision, and maintaining high standards of child-centred practice.You’ll be based in the office at least 3 days per week, contributing to a stable, high-performing team where your skills will have a direct impact on outcomes for children and families.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support on complex safeguarding and care planning casesProvide mentoring and case direction to social workers and less experienced staffEnsure timely and robust assessments, planning, and interventionsPromote reflective supervision and best practice within the teamLiaise effectively with multi-agency professionals and contribute to strategy meetingsPractice Model:
