Class Teacher (Key Stage 2) - Withywood, BristolAre you a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher ready to make a lasting impact?Academics Bristol is seeking an enthusiastic and committed primary Teacher for a long term role within a mainstream school in Bristol (BS13). You will deliver engaging lessons, set high expectations, and support the diverse needs of pupils, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).Start Date: 1 September 2025Salary: £130 - £160 per day, depending on experienceThis is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and forward-thinking trust that values professional growth, wellbeing, and collaboration.Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver creative, well-structured lessons for KS2 pupils.
  • Use varied teaching strategies to meet different learning needs and styles.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school through pastoral care and extracurricular activities.
  • Monitor and assess progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support pupil development.
We are seeking a Key Stage 2 Teacher who:
  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent and has successfully completed their induction year.
  • Demonstrates strong classroom management and effective teaching skills.
  • Is skilled in using ICT to enhance teaching and administration.
  • Is able to support progress and achievement for all children, including those with SEND.
