We are currently recruiting for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join our client, a Main Dealership in Newbury who represent a new and exciting brand who are taking the car market by storm!!.Our client's focus is on their people, they know that to keep this level of success they need a strong team in place and they believe heavily in nurturing their staff and providing them with state-of-the-art facilities and a supportive management in place.Our Client is offering the successful Car Sales Executive:
  • £25,000 Basic Salary / £45,000 + OTE

Duties of a Car Sales Executive with our Client:
  • Discuss the customers' needs and the features of different vehicles with sound knowledge
  • Negotiate the sale price of cars, including possible trade in values
  • Work out finance payments, including cash and car loans
  • Sell accessories or after-sales service
  • Meet sales targets
  • Arrange test drives
  • Enthusiasm and desired to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
  • Positive can do attitude
  • Passion for all brands
