Our client is a leading concrete frame contractor in the United Kingdom. The company has a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Our client is a leading independent versatile and experienced construction business, providing specialist solutions for Remediation, Groundworks and RC Frames across the UK.ABOUT THE ROLEAs an RC Frame Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the pre-construction phase of building projects. Your primary responsibility is to accurately estimate the cost of reinforced concrete (RC) frame structures. Usual duties will apply to this estimators position, this is a key position for an estimator ready to influence business growth and help secure profitable contracts within the residential sector.REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience with a Groundwork / RC Frame sub-contractor
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to utilise IT equipment effectively and adapt to new Software technologies
  • Working knowledge of various forms of contract
  • 3rd level qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field
