As a senior member, this position entails managing the strategic relationships and day-to-day operations with all the Studios within the Light & Wonder Spark network. The role will include close engagement with various internal teams too.Responsibilities of the Head of Studios:Conduct monthly reviews with the studios to discuss games performance, pinpoint areas of improvement and explore potential business development opportunitiesDevelop performance scorecards with key KPIs for each studio, enbaling data driven decisions and effective prioritisationRefine and implement the framework to onboard and manage the studios, with the aim to refining operational practice and streamlining efficienciesOversee the onboarding process for new StudiosCollaborate with the Light & Wonder Spark Project Managers and Studios to plan and manage the Studios deliverables for all the gamesIdentify, manage risks and escalate issues, where appropriateEstablish clear expectations and ensure accountability amongst team membersRegularly update studios on games delivery progress and effectively communicate any issues or risksProactive provision of continuous improvement by investigating ways to enhance the quality of processes and tools.Facilitate forums for enhancing game delivery with the Studios and ensure that the resulting outcomes are actionable with agreed ownershipStay informed about regulatory and product requirements, and clearly communicating their impact on each studioAttend and represent Light & Wonder Spark at Industry events.
