The Kitchen Porter RoleOur porter team is the backbone of the kitchen and strives to deliver an experience that is beyond expectation -
  • Our Night Kitchen Porter / Cleaner will like to get their hands dirty and can handle the heat in any kitchen!
  • You will be our hygiene hero and will add the sparkle to our kitchen.
As Night Kitchen Porter/ Cleaner , you will join a team that is passionate about delivering incredible service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!The role of Night Kitchen Porter / Cleaner
  • You must be self driven, have initiative and have the ability to manage your workload within the expected time frame.
  • Be able to work on an insular basis.
  • Working between the hours of 10.30pm until 5.00am
  • 12 hour contract (Two nights per week) - With the opportunity to work additional hours when required to cover absence.
  • You may be required to work weekends and bank holidays
  • Work on a structured deep cleaning programme within the kitchen and meeting rooms. (Cleaning walls, floors, fixtures and machinery)
  • Prepare room service for guests for orders during the night (training given)
  • Preparation for the chefs starting the next day
  • Be an available support for the Night Reception - if an emergency occurs.
Applicants must be over 18 years of age, as this is a lone working role.
