- To work closely with customers across George Banco, TrustTwo and Everyday Loans, handling both inbound, outbound calls and any applicable administrative tasks associated with the Scheme of Arrangement
- To establish the customer’s reason for calling and help with any queries they have. If the queries are unrelated to the scheme of arrangement, the advisor should be transferring the call to the appropriate team
- To support the Scheme of Arrangement by conducting a review of customers bank statements
- The Advisor will be expected to work within agreed policies and procedures, and will receive quality assurance checks each month with feedback provided on how they can improve performance and/or quality and customer outcomes
- They will be expected to adhere to their contracted hours each day as well a take allocated breaks and lunches and they should manage their own time to ensure productivity levels are achieved daily
- The Advisor will be required to meet both individual and team targets each month and therefore should be a team player, supporting colleagues and sharing best practice across the team to deliver improved performance or customer outcomes
